Abstract:

VERTICAL TAKE-OFF AND LANDING (VTOL) UNMANNED AIRCRAFTS HAVE MANY APPLICATIONS DUE TO THEIR FLOATING CAPABILITY, THEIR ABILITY IN VERTICAL TAKE-OFF AND LANDING, AND FLYING IN LIMITED AREAS. DUE TO THE FACT THAT PROVIDING A SAFE FLIGHT WITHOUT CAUSING ANY DAMAGES WHETHER TO ITSELF OR ITS SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR THIS VEHICLE, A PARTICULAR KIND OF VTOL AIRCRAFT IS PRESENTED IN THIS ARTICLE WHICH SATISFIES THE ABOVE-MENTIONED REQUIREMENTS. TO INCREASE SAFETY, A CYLINDRICAL CHAMBER CALLED DUCT IS USED AROUND ITS PROPELLERS. THIS ENHANCES THE EFFICIENCY OF THE SYSTEM WHILE REDUCING LOSSES, INCREASING THE THRUST, DECREASING NOISES, AND IMPROVING THE SAFETY OF THE AIRCRAFT AND ITS SURROUNDING AREA. MOREOVER, AERODYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE AIRCRAFT ARE MODIFIED. THIS VEHICLE IS APPLIED IN INDOOR ENVIRONMENTS. IN THIS RESEARCH, FIRST, AERODYNAMICAL AND MECHANICAL DESIGN OF A KIND OF VTOL AIRCRAFTS CALLED DUCTED FAN IS ACCOMPLISHED. THEN, A CONTROLLER IS DESIGNED AND THE SIMULATIONS RESULTS ARE GIVEN. FINALLY, THE PROPOSED SCHEME IS IMPROVED AND IMPLEMENTED ON WHICH NAVIGATION AND CONTROL SYSTEMS ARE INSTALLED, AND MANY PRACTICAL EXPERIMENTS ARE PERFORMED.

Abstract:

In this paper, a novel risk-based, two-objective (technical and economical) OPTIMAL reactive power dispatch method in a wind-integrated power system is proposed which is more consistent with operational criteria.  The technical objective includes the minimization of the new voltage instability risk index. The economical objective includes cost minimization of reactive power generation and active power loss. The proposed voltage instability risk employs a hybrid possibilistic (Delphi-Fuzzy)-probabilistic approach that takes into consideration the operator’s experience, the wind speed and demand forecast uncertainties when quantifying the risk index. The decision variables are the reactive power resources of the system. To solve the problem, the modified multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm with sine and cosine acceleration coefficients is utilized. The method is implemented on the modified IEEE 30-bus system. The proposed method is compared with those in the previously published literature, and the results confirm that the proposed risk index is better at estimating the voltage instability risk of the system, especially in cases with severe impact and low probability. In addition, according to the simulation results compared to typical security-based planning, the proposed risk-based planning may increase the security and economy of the system due to better utilization of system resources.

Abstract:

Among the rules that jurisprudential scholars, jurisprudence, jurists, and scholars of rhetoric have investigated are their lexical roots and customary meanings and cited their opinions in this regard as a reason or preference. Rule: "Foundation Precedes Emphasis" is the one that in the interpretation prefers the new meaning to the repetition and emphasis on the old meaning in explaining the words, and considers the new effect and independent benefit of words better than emphasizing the previous meaning. The current research is descriptive and analytical in order to express the importance, position, capacity and how to use the aforementioned rule in different sciences and examples its comparative use has been shown in the interpretation of the Qur'an, principles of jurisprudence, law and vocabulary. In other words, the necessity of paying attention to the principles of jurisprudence stems from the fact that they are basic principles, a mechanism that helps in achieving the outcome of the work of the mujtahid and his aim in ijtihad what he strives for. The study leads to results, including this rule which is one of the branches of “the IMPLEMENTATION of speech takes precedence over its neglect,” and that it aims to preserve speech from being abolished. It does not deal with the cases, in which, it is necessary to confirm or establish because of evidence where there is no justification for opposition or recommendation.

Abstract:

Recently, there has been a surge in the popularity of cryptocurrencies, which are digital currencies that enable transactions through a decentralized consensus mechanism. In this paper, one of the most effective Equihash algorithms subcategories, known as BLAKE2, is presented, and then effort has been made to optimize the compression function as one of the main and most challenging blocks of the BLAKE2 algorithm. In addition, by cognitive partitioning the algorithm between the software/hardware parts of the device, efforts have been made to improve the speed and the number of resource usage. For comparison, IMPLEMENTATION was carried out with high-level vs HDL design methods for full and semi-parallel structures. All three methods were implemented using Vivado tools exploiting ZC706 evaluation board. The IMPLEMENTATION results indicated that the number of resource usage (LUT/FF) and power consumption of the proposed structure is equal to (6575/4726) and 0. 316(W) respectively Which has created a significant reduction compared to other methods. Moreover, the hash rate and the energy efficiency of the proposed structure are equal to 50 MHash/s and 6. 3 (𝑛𝐽/𝐻𝑎𝑠ℎ) respectively

Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to identify the internal and external factors associated with the IMPLEMENTATION of the organization's policies. It was an applied-descriptive study conducted through a survey method using a questionnaire. For the purpose of this study, after reviewing the literature and theoretical foundations, we tried to identify the most important internal and external factors affecting OPTIMAL policy IMPLEMENTATION. Therefore, seven factors and their indices were selected based on frequency and importance. In the form of seven hypotheses, the relationship between these factors and optimized policy IMPLEMENTATION was evaluated. The statistical population included 120 employees of the Department of Natural Resources and Watershed Management of Khorasan Razavi province. The sample size was calculated using the Morgan formula to be 92 people. Regarding the fact that the policy IMPLEMENTATION had an abnormal distribution, the nonparametric single t-test was used to test the hypotheses. The results indicated a positive and significant relationship between all internal and external organizational factors identified by OPTIMAL policy IMPLEMENTATION in the organization.

Abstract:

One of the modern discourses in human resource management literature is intellectual capital. Intellectual capitals include human, structural and relationd. Human capital is the most important among them. Among the human capital components, the talents in any organization have particular position. This hidden property plays a sensitive key role in determining the value of organizations in international arena. This paper designed and suggested the OPTIMAL talent management systems and its IMPLEMENTATION requirements. In order to develop and maintain a design, based on the theoretical literature and the Focus group meetings six subsystems including organizational communication, work environment, performance management, training, compensation and career planning were suggested. In relation to IMPLEMENTATION requirements, instead of emphasizing on employing talented managers and later dismissing them, recognizing the existing talent in the organization and focusing on their retention and developing their skills should be maintained.

Abstract:

Objective Flexible Manufacturing Systems (FMS) are integrated workstations that utilize computer-controlled equipment components for production. These systems are managed by a central computer, which significantly enhances the efficiency and productivity of the production process. Accordingly, a case study is conducted on an FMS electrical manufacturing system with complex manufacturing processes, where automation on the production line is crucial. Selecting the OPTIMAL number of advanced equipment is a challenging and vital issue for managers aiming to boost productivity and efficiently fulfill customer orders. It is a hard-to-change model, and replacing equipment incurs substantial costs.   Methods This study employs the two-stage D-OPTIMAL method to optimize the combination of FMS elements and equipment. The D-OPTIMAL response level input is derived from discrete-event simulation results. Depending on the conditions, various FMS equipment is allocated to each process. Each simulation result for element combinations serves as input for the experimental design. Additionally, the response level (y) of experiments from various FMS indexes is calculated using a weighting method. To reduce the number of experiments and increase data accuracy in a case study with hard-to-change parameters, all combinations are categorized based on the number of automated and manual equipment. The two stages of the D-OPTIMAL design are defined as follows: In the first stage, all combinations within these categories are investigated. In the second stage, the optimized combination from the first stage is analyzed to determine the best configuration. Experiments in the top category from the first stage are simulated and further evaluated in the second stage of the D-OPTIMAL method.   Results In the first phase, all advanced production equipment and FMS elements were considered. After selecting the best-calculated “y” value, which was 147,133.09 in this category, another D-OPTIMAL design was optimized in the second phase to determine the best combination. This combination yielded a “y” value of 151,317.88, representing an improvement over the best category in the first phase of the D-OPTIMAL design. Consequently, the optimized combination from the first phase was further refined. The results from the developed D-OPTIMAL method and the second phase indicate that the OPTIMAL combination of equipment involves using automated and FMS equipment for approximately 92.8% of the total components. Finally, a list of recommended FMS equipment is provided, and its productivity is compared with the productivity at the current level and a higher degree of automation for this production line.   Conclusion In summary, the results of the experimental design show that using advanced production systems does not necessarily improve system efficiency, and determining OPTIMAL combinations requires accurate calculations.

Abstract:

In order to study the spatial structure of oriental beech (Fagus orientalis Lipsky) stand at OPTIMAL stage, this research was carried out in the Caspian forests of Iran. The studied site consisted of a natural stand located at Sangdeh district (Mers-e-se) with three hectare area. It is located between 1900 and1950 m.a.s.l. Six sample plots each with 0.36 ha area, were systematically selected and all trees (1244 stem) within the plots were measured and recorded. Using increment borer, the mean age of the stand was estimated as 137 years; the age difference of trees was 40 years. Results showed that the stand has a closed canopy cover and distribution of stem number per diameter class was more or less homogenous (Bell shape) with a semi even-aged structure. Using Ripley's K function, the distribution of trees within the stand was random.
